This marathon training schedule is designed with beginners in mind.
We have made this training block intentionally long(26 weeks) to ease you into running long distances, although training for a marathon can be done in less time we advise against this as increasing mileage too soon can result in injury.
You will reach race day fully confident that you can take on 26 miles!
