    Last person standing takes the win.

    THE PRIZE:
    For every day the challenge continues, £1 goes into the prize pot

    If the last person standing lasts 30 days, they take home £30

Let’s Run With T is your new favourite run club.

We meet every Thursday for runs that mix distance and intervals – all fitness levels welcome.

It’s fun, sweaty, and sometimes rewarded with doughnuts, cookies, or protein bars (yes, really).

Then on Sundays, we go hard with a brutal-but-fun conditioning class that’ll leave you feeling unstoppable.

Whether you’re chasing a PB or just want to move more, this is your crew.

    We take the run club outside on Thursdays!

    With a different route each week, we mix it up with a variety of distance and interval running.

    If we're lucky, T brings a sweet treat along...

    Sundays are all about strength and conditioning.

    This circuit-based class combines the best bits of crossfit and hybrid-athlete training all into one brutal session.
