Over the next 12 weeks, this plan will guide you from 3-mile runs (5KM) to conquering 13.1 miles (21KM) — your first half marathon.
This isn’t about speed. It’s about strength, consistency, and building the mental and physical endurance to cross that finish line. You’ll run four times per week, gradually increasing distance while allowing for recovery and adaptation.
